From Student of Teachers to Teacher of Students: Mentoring Around the Pacific Rim. This is a very thorough report and discussion of a research study of mentoring and induction in the countries all around the Pacific Ocean, including the USA. The study is presented in chapters complete with the conclusions reached about the impact of mentoring and induction and appendices with the questions and other protocols that were used to collect the data via site visits, phone calls, and interviews.

 

The Oxford Teacher Internship Scheme, a teacher education and development program in England which has conducted research and, among other things, has produced a School Mentor Handbook..
