OPTION #1:

You may register for the complete 3 DAY conference at $395, a cost savings of $20 over purchasing the two days separately.

April 28-30, 2000- The THREE DAY conference fee includes both workshops April 28-30, 2000, all 6 meals and 6 breaks, $163 worth of mentoring & induction publications, the mentoring program materials display, the networking session, and a free 30 minute private consultant appointment. (There are only a total of 8 appointments at the conference. These 8 are available to the first 8 persons who pay their registration fee and request an appointment.)


OPTION #2:

Register for EITHER ONE of the conference workshops separately:

April 28-29, 2000, at $275, includes a full 2 day workshop "How to Develop and Sustain a High Impact Induction Program", all 4 meals and 4 breaks, over $70 in mentoring publications, including a comprehensive "Guide To Developing Mentor Programs", the mentoring program materials display, the networking session, and a free 30 minute private consultant appointment. (There are only a total of 8 appointments at the conference. These 8 are available to the first 8 persons who pay their registration fee and request an appointment.)

April 30, 2000, at $140, includes a full day workshop "Promoting the Success of New Teachers: A Mentor Training of Trainers", all meals and breaks, and a free 30 minute private consultant appointment. (There are only a total of 8 appointments at the conference. These 8 are available to the first 8 persons who pay their registration fee and request an appointment.)You will also receive the complete Mentor Training set with a mentor manual, over head masters, training script, activities plan, mentoring checklists, the mentoring calendars, and a limited license to copy the materials for your own program, a $93 value! This training is suitable for mentors, induction program coordinators, administrators, university supervisors, as well as mentor trainers.

- REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS -

TEAM DISCOUNT

YOU MAY USE ONLY ONE KIND OF DISCOUNT, THAT IS, A TEAM OR EARLY DISCOUNT.

Team registration saves each person on the team $5 a day off the registration fee. You will receive this discount IF...

1. Each person on the team completes their own "Registration Form" with the same school name OR the same district name.

AND...

2. One Check for conference registration fees is sent to pay for the whole team at the same time and lists the team members' names.

Any individual whose CHECK OR PURCHASE ORDER for the conference is post marked BY APRIL 1, 2000

may deduct the "Early Registration Discount" of $ 5.00 per each day attended.


Cancellation policy - I understand that unforeseen events can occur that may eliminate a person's ability to attend the conference. Therefore, I will refund registration fees to the extent that I have not incurred costs for the registrant. For example, after a certain date I must guarantee numbers to the hotel and pay for that number whether that many people actually come and eat anything. This cost is thousands of dollars. Also, materials and supplies must be purchased and conference handouts must be copied several weeks in advance to allow the time needed to build all the conference binders. Another concern occurs when I have reached the maximum registration and have begun to turn potential business away. I see it as unfair if I then lose your business at the last moment and I can not replace your registration. There are other issues in addition to these. That is why a cancellation policy is needed.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. EMAIL IS OK.

Refunds are calculated as follows.

Written cancellation is received by April 1, 2000 = refund the amount of the registration less $20.

Written cancellation is received by April 15, 2000 = refund the amount of the registration less $50.

Written cancellation is received by April 21, 2000 = refund the amount of the registration less $125.

Written cancellation is received by April 27, 2000 = refund $50 per day.

NO registration fees will be refunded if cancellations are received after April 27, 2000.
