April 11-14, 2002- The FOUR DAY conference fee includes all three workshops, 4 continental breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 8 breaks, $163 worth of mentoring & induction publications, the mentoring program materials display, and a free 30 minute private consultant appointment. (Only 9 appointments are available to the first 9 programs who pay their registration fee and request an appointment.)

TEAM DISCOUNT

Team registration saves each person on the team $10 off the registration fee. You will receive this discount IF...

1. TWO OR MORE persons from the same organization register for the same conference.

2. Each person on the team completes and submits their own "Registration Form" with the same organization name.

AND...

3. ONE Check or ONE P.O. for conference registration fees is sent to pay for the whole team at the same time and lists the team members' names.

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT


YOU MAY USE ONLY ONE KIND OF DISCOUNT, either a TEAM or an EARLY DISCOUNT.

 

To receive the "Early Registration Discount" the CHECK OR PURCHASE ORDER for the

conference registration must be post marked BY MARCH 10, 2002

 

Individuals for whom these requirements are met may deduct the "Early Registration Discount" of $10 per person.


Cancellation policy - We understand that unforeseen events may eliminate a person's ability to attend the conference for which they have registered. Therefore, we will refund registration fees according to the following policy and to the extent that we have not already incurred costs for the registrant.

For example, after a certain date we must guarantee numbers to the hotel and pay for that number whether that many people actually come and eat anything. This cost totals thousands of dollars! Also, materials and supplies must be purchased and conference handouts must be copied several weeks in advance to allow the time needed to work with the printer and to build all the conference binders. Another concern occurs when we have reached the maximum registration and have begun to turn potential participants away. It is unfair if we then lose your business at the last moment and we can not replace your registration. There are other issues in addition to these. That is why a cancellation policy is needed.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. EMAIL IS OK.

Hotel Guest Room Reservations

The conference is at the Wyndham Lisle Hotel
in the beautiful west suburban Chicago area.
 
The hotel is at 3000 Warrenville Road, Lisle, Illinois 60532
Phone: 630-505-1000, Fax: 630-505-1165. They are just south of the E-W Tollway (I-88) at Naperville Road, then east 1/8 mile.

The conference guest room rate is $85 for either a single or double.

 

NOTE: The rate for the block of overnight guest rooms is only guaranteed until March 10, 2002 so

Transportation from the airport to the conference site

Details about this will be sent to you in your registration confirmation packet.

O'Hare and Midway are the two major airports serving the greater Chicago area.

SHUTTLES?

The least expensive means of transportation to the conference site is provided by AIRPORT EXPRESS which runs shuttle vans to and from both O'Hare and Midway Airport. CLICK on their name to go to their web site and review their fees. LOOK FOR THE "SUBURBAN SERVICE" to the Lisle-Naperville area. You can also call them for a reservation at 1-888-284-3826.

Taxi service with American Taxi can be arranged for about $30 one way, depending on the airport you use, by calling 630-920-9480.
