2. Make a copy for YOU: AFTER you press the submit button (in step 3 below), you will need to WAIT a few seconds.

Then you'll see a summary of your registration info.

You can print out that form to save a copy of your choices and costs OR

print out this current page BEFORE you click on "Submit".

 

3. When ready to send your initial registration, click on the "SUBMIT" button below.

Clicking on "Submit" sends us an email with all your registration information.

We will hold your space for ONE WEEK to give you time to send us your check OR a Purchase Order.

We can not guarantee your space if your check or P.O. arrives later than 1 week after your tentative email registration form.

4. To FINALIZE your registration, send a check OR purchase order

MADE OUT TO "BEST PRACTICE RESOURCES".

A FAXED P.O. (to 630-752-9941) with a P.O. # and signature will hold your space until the original P.O. arrives in the regular mail.

 

Only when we receive your check or faxed PO will your space actually be reserved for the conference.

At that time a written confirmation will be mailed to you.

YOU MAY USE ONLY ONE KIND OF DISCOUNT, either a TEAM or an EARLY DISCOUNT.


TEAM DISCOUNT

Team registration saves each person on the team $10 off the registration fee. You will receive this discount IF...

1. TWO OR MORE persons from the same organization register for the same training.

2. Each person on the team completes and submits their own SEPARATE "Registration Form" with the same organization name.

AND...

3. ONE Check or ONE P.O. for conference registration fees is sent to pay for the whole team at the same time and lists the team members' names.

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT


YOU MAY USE ONLY ONE KIND OF DISCOUNT, either a TEAM or an EARLY DISCOUNT.

 

To receive the "Early Registration Discount" the CHECK OR PURCHASE ORDER for the

TRAINING registration must be post marked BY NOVEMBER 1, 2001

 

Individuals for whom these requirements are met may deduct the "Early Registration Discount" of $10 per person.


Cancellation policy - We understand that unforeseen events may eliminate a person's ability to attend the training for which they have registered. Therefore, we will refund registration fees according to the following policy and to the extent that we have not already incurred costs for the registrant.

For example, after a certain date we must guarantee numbers to the hotel and pay for that number whether that many people actually come and eat anything. This cost totals thousands of dollars! Also, materials and supplies must be purchased and conference handouts must be copied several weeks in advance to allow the time needed to work with the printer and to build all the training binders. Another concern occurs when we have reached the maximum registration and have begun to turn potential participants away. It is unfair if we then lose your business at the last moment and we do not have the time to replace your lost registration fee. There are other issues in addition to these. That is why a cancellation policy is needed.

Hotel Guest Room Reservations

The training is at the Wyndham Albuquerque Hotel which stands at the highest point in the city, with dramatic views of the Sandia Mountains, sunrises and sunsets, and the shimmering night lights of Albuquerque New Mexico.

Be sure to ask for the conference rate of $99 and mention you are attending the "Best Practice Mentoring Conference".
 
NOTE: The rate for the block of overnight guest rooms is only guaranteed for a limited time so REGISTER FOR THE HOTEL EARLY!


Transportation from the airport to the conference site

The conference site is the Wyndham Albuquerque Hotel which is located at the entrance to the Albuquerque International Sunport-Airport at 2910 Yale Blvd. SE Albuquerque, NewMexico.

NEED A SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?

THE HOTEL HAS A FREE 24 HOUR SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE only a few minutes away. After you have your luggage, call the hotel at 505-843-7000 and request the shuttle.
