Format- After an opening general presentation, the workshop will utilize a repeated cycle to address each program component, including:

Content- Barry will share from his 13 years of experience as a mentor trainer, program coordinator, author, and mentoring consultant working nation-wide with all kinds of organizations. Whether you have an existing program or are developing a new program, this work shop will amaze you with terrific practical strategies to increase your program's power and impact. The workshop will address:

12:00 to 1:00 PM - LUNCH each day.

6:00 TO 7:00 PM - DINNER day one and day two

7:00 to 8:00 - Informal networking and sharing of ideas and resources.

Breaks are provided in the morning and afternoon each of the three days of the conference.

Barry has worked nation-wide with all kinds of organizations and supported development of mentoring programs and mentors in hundreds of school districts, businesses and agencies. He has personally led dozens of mentoring trainings for hundreds of mentors. Join us for this training of trainers workshop to learn Barry's most powerful strategies for preparing mentors for high impact mentoring and success.
