Contains most of the pages from the other manual PLUS pages to prompt mentor & protege reflection and their comparison of view points, discovery of team strengths & needs, & joint action planning.

OPTION #3 - Promoting The Growth of Preservice Teachers: A Mentor Training Manual

This manual is also adapted from Item #30 above and is designed specifically for training mentors who are your "cooperating teachers" that work with preservice teacher education students & student teachers.

Written in a narrative & itemized format, these "calendars" provide monthly reminders for mentors & advice on how to use the ideas. Reminds busy mentors of things they know but can easily forget to do for others and of their own mentoring growth goals.
